Confirmation: All meetings and appointments require confirmation via our text message reminder app. Unconfirmed appointments may not be attended.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel or reschedule an appointment without charge up to 24 hours in advance. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel within 24 hours to avoid charges.

No-Show Fee: Failure to attend a confirmed appointment may result in a charge for travel and time.

2. Schedule and Timeframes

Communication: Please respond to all communications from CLP within five (5) business days to ensure smooth progression of your projects.

Preparation: Come prepared to meetings with all necessary information for your project. Failure to do so may result in rescheduling and potential delays.

Inactivity Fee: A fee of $185 per day may be charged if we do not receive a response or required information within five (5) business days.
