All products and services sold by CLP Advertising & Photography Services are digital in nature. This includes but is not limited to online courses, downloadable templates, software, digital guides, and access to private training or content.

Because digital products cannot be returned once downloaded or accessed, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any digital purchases.

We encourage all customers to review product descriptions, inclusions, and system requirements carefully before completing a purchase. If you are unsure about whether a product is suitable for your needs, please contact us before purchasing.

While refunds are not available for digital goods, we are committed to ensuring you get the full value from your purchase.

If you experience any issues with accessing or using your product, we are happy to help you resolve them.

This may include:

  • Troubleshooting access issues,

  • Re-sending download links or access credentials, or

  • Providing guidance on how to use your digital product effectively.

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in limited circumstances, such as:

  • Duplicate purchases made in error, or

  • Proven technical issues that prevent product access and cannot be resolved by our support team.

Any exception is granted solely at the discretion of CLP Advertising & Photography Services and must be requested within seven (7) days of purchase.
