Go to your Business Facebook Page
1. Click the button below to go to Facebook and navigate to your business profile. 2. Click on your business name to navigate to view your business page. (blue cirle)

3. Click on reviews in the navigation bar. (pink cirle)
Report the Review
4. Scroll down the the spam review 5. Click the 3 dots on the review you wish to report (blue cirle) 6. Select Report post (pink cirle)
Select Spam
7. Select the spam option, Facebook will ensure this profile is blocked and removed. (blue cirle)
Submit

Open Business Profile Manager
1. Click the button below and sign in to your Google Account 2. Click the 9 dots and select Business Profile Manager (blue cirle)
Go to your Google Business Profile

3. Select your business profile (pink cirle) Note: If you only have one profile this step may not be relevent.
Go to Reviews
4. Click Read Reviews (blue cirle)
Report the Reviews
5. Navigate to the spam review 6. Click the ! button (pink cirle)
Select spam
7. Select spam (blue cirle) 8. Click send report (pink cirle) Note: This is how you would report a review that someone has left that is not for your business, you would just select Off topic. If you have a former business owner, employee leaving negitive or inaproprate reviews, select Conflic of interest.
