Facebook (Update Aug22)
- Go to your Facebook Profile
- Click your profile picture at the top right-hand side
- Click See all profiles
- Select your Business Page profile
- Now copy the below link into the URL bar.
https://www.facebook.com/settings?tab=profile_access
- Click Add New next to People with Facebook Access
- Click Next
- Type in Ellie Clare into the search bar and select the below profile
- Select only this profile picture only!
Tip: If you’re having trouble finding this profile from your business page, add it as a friend to your personal profile first, then follow these steps. You are welcome to unfriend this profile at any point!
Google Business Listing
Instructions:
- sign in to your business listing
- (If applicable) Select location
- Click on the 3 dots (pink circle)
- Select Business Profile Settings (blue circle)
- Click on Managers
- Click on Add (Pink Circle)
- Type In email address: clpadvertisingsw@gmail.com
- select CLP Advertising (Blue Circle)
Please repeat this step with email address: admin@clpadvertising.com.au as well.
- Select Manager as the page role (Pink Circle)
- Click Invite (Blue Circle)
Why do we require access via both emails, this is to streamline our process, we use our gmail to manage the software as they are more vonrable to hacking, it has no direct link to the advertised emails. This is an extra security measure we take.
But if we are out and about and require assess for any reason, we have to sign out of one email and into another, so this just enable us to be more productive on the go.
