There is a free version with unlimited links and basic customisation, but like with everything, the tiered paid versions offer just that little bit more. There is a monthly fee, but if you pay annually it’s a fair bit cheaper! If you want to give it a go but are hesitant to go pro, you can become a starter for AUD$66.00 per year.
