Don’t underestimate the power of customer’s reviews

Customer’s reviews can be very influential to potential customers and clients. So the question is, are you being proactive in getting customer reviews? Or, do you just hope for the best?

Google reviews are not the only way to collect customer reviews

While Google reviews are amongst the most reliable methods of getting customer feedback, it isn’t the only way.
